How to get to Swing Summit

Your way to Ferme les Costes

Lyon – SwingSummit shuttle bus:

The shuttle service directly from Lyon to Ferme les Costes and back. The price is 20 € per person / trip.

Arrival Day
(week 1: Saturday // week 2: Sunday // week 3: Monday // week 4: Friday // week 5: Saturday // week 6: Sunday)
Pick-up at Lyon Railway Station (Perrache) at 18:00
Pick-up at Lyon Airport (St. Exupery) at 18:30
Please book your flights and trains to arrive before 17:00 to assure the shuttle can leave on time.

Departure Day
(week 1: Saturday // week 2: Sunday // week 3: Monday // week 4: Friday // week 5: Saturday // week 6: Sunday)
On departure day, the bus will leave at SwingSummit at 10:00 and arrive at Lyon Airport at ca. 14:00 / at Lyon Part Dieu at ca. 14:30.

Note: you should try to have a safe buffer when booking your flights and trains, in case of a delay! Flights past 16:00 are safest. Please note in case you are unsure about flight times, please ask us so that we can help you make the safest decision. In the past we have had delays because the bus company got stuck in traffic, so give yourself as safe of a buffer as possible.

With our shuttle bus, you avoid any complications on your way to Ferme les Costes.
So for 40€, you get back and forth between SwingSummit and Lyon quick and easy!

Public Transportation: Aeroplane / Train:

Paris/France has a big international airport named Charles de Gaulle (CDG). You can get flight tickets to CDG.
From their integrated transport hub you can directly hop on the TGV high speed train that takes you to Lyon TGV train station – and the shuttle bus to SwingSummit.

By train :

There is the famous TGV from Brussels-Paris-Lyon TGV:

By airplane :

The best way is to fly to Lyon (airport St. Exupery) and from there take the RhoneExpress tram (every 20 min) to Lyon centre (railwaystation called Lyon Part Dieu). The tram stops are underneath the airport – Gares/Aéroport’ (Train stations/Airport).

Other destination options are Grenoble, Marseille, and Montpellier (Ryanair!).
We recommend you to check for low-budget airlines from your nearest airport to any of these French destinations.
Once you’re in France, it is easiest to continue by train to get to Lyon.

Once you receive your registration confirmation, booking a flight / train quickly will save you a good deal of money!




– Drive through Lyon – once you are south of Lyon (direction Marseille), you will have to take the exit to Tain l’Hermitage/Tournon.
– In Tournon, follow the direction “Lamastre”.
– Once you arrived in Lamastre, follow the signs for “Le Cheylard” until you reach a little village called Nonières.
– Here, you go to the D241 direction St. Julien Labrousse/Chalencon.
– After 2 km you will arrive at a big white cross (see picture above). Next to it, you see the small road to Les Costes.
– Drive down that small road, and you’re there!

NOTE: there is another town named Les Nonières close to Grenoble , so mind the postal code 07160!

Note that you need to book in advance and with a credit card, and that only the person that owns the credit card can pick up the car (you need to show the card again in person), otherwise you will lose your reservation fee!
